DNA 2010 / 2011 Update
The DNA Team were thrilled to get the new DNA year off and running again on 4 October at Dalesdown, near Horsham.
The year has a great feel with trainees being responsive to God and the staff team alike. They are a great soft hearted group to be able to teach and train into and we are delighted with those God has given to us.
We have a total of 21 trainees based across 12 churches which is a broad spectrum of church streams and denominations although 4 of these churches are from within Inspire (Jubilee, Bromley, Molesey Community Church, New Life Wickford and Open Heaven).
In addition to this we have 10 people on DNA+, our second year programme with 6 of the 10 on a leadership development programme, and 4 on a prophetic development programme. Again a wide range of churches are being served by people on DNA+, The Community Church in Surbiton and Molesey Community Church having 3 between them.
The DNA Staff Team has also been developed this year with Hannah Shewan, youth and children's worker of New Life Church Wickford joining us, bringing greater parity of the gender mix of the staff team. Hannah is herself a previous DNA trainee who also completed a second year with us.
Please do pray with us for the new year; to see God continue to work in the lives of all those He has given to us especially at the key life changing residential at the end of February, and for recruitment to increase for the October 2011 intake.
